Synopsis: J.R., a young man accustomed to the indolent lifestyle of his friends in Little Italy, meets a young, educated woman on the Staten Island Ferry. Their growing relationship is stopped short by his guilt over sleeping with women who are not "broads", and her well-intentioned revelation that she was raped by a former boyfriend.
